The Role

We’re looking for a strategic storyteller with a passion for brand building, content creation, and campaign excellence. As Campaign & Content Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping STIHL’s brand presence across Australia—on a 14-month parental leave contract.

This is your opportunity to lead high-impact campaigns and content initiatives that engage both Home Gardeners and Professional users. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and our agency partners to deliver bold, insight-driven marketing that drives demand and supports our Dealer network.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Campaign Development: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across all channels and customer segments.

Content Creation & Deployment: Own the content calendar and deliver engaging content across blog, social, PR, podcast, and influencer platforms.

Media & PR Management: Partner with media and PR agencies to amplify brand messaging and ensure timely, targeted delivery.

Dealer Engagement: Support our Dealer network with tailored Local Area Marketing plans and easy-to-use digital assets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Product teams to align messaging and maximize impact.

Budget Ownership: Manage campaign budgets, purchase orders, and invoice tracking with precision and transparency.

You’ll report to the Vice President of Marketing, Asia Pacific, and work closely with the Customer & Media Lead, retail Communications & Events Lead, and the wider Marketing team. You’ll also collaborate with the Sales and Product teams, and partner with our external agencies and Global HQ to bring campaigns to life.

What We’re Looking For

10+ years in marketing with a strong background in campaign and retail execution management

Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, or related field

Proven ability to lead content strategy and brand development

Strong project management and communication skills

A customer-first mindset with a passion for innovation and excellence

Experience managing influencer programs, podcasts, and PR activations is a plus
