Job summary

Vili's Family Bakery is seeking enthusiastic team members to join our Adelaide-area cafés. You will deliver warm customer service in a fast-paced, 24/7 operation, handle orders, prepare drinks and light meals, and support a friendly team across consistent rosters.

Ability to work across day, afternoon or night shifts and contribute to a positive guest experience is valued. Previous hospitality or barista experience helps, but training is available for motivated applicants.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality, retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Barista experience highly regarded but not essential.
• Friendly, reliable and customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and create a warm, friendly café experience.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and serve beverages, including coffee and other café drinks.
• Assemble and present food items, including sandwiches and light meals.
• Operate fryers and prepare menu items to support efficient service.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly and professionally.
• Handle customer payments and maintain cash handling accuracy.
• Keep service areas, displays and dining spaces clean and presentable.
• Work closely with your team to provide excellent customer service during busy periods.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required.

Our cafés operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our team members are generally allocated a consistent roster pattern, working primarily across either day, afternoon or night shifts rather than rotating between all three. Most team members work 3-4 shifts per week.

What You'll Do
