You are accountable for the stewardship of the club’s food and beverage function, ensuring commercial performance, operational discipline and consistent hospitality standards deliver a premium and profitable member experience.
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in food and beverage or hospitality operations, with demonstrated success managing service standards, stock control and commercial performance. You can readily obtain your Food Safety Supervisor certification. Hospitality qualifications are highly regarded.
