Anglicare Sydney is seeking a Café and Functions Assistant to create a home-like atmosphere for residents while delivering excellent service and crafting espresso beverages. You will handle POS payments, maintain a welcoming café area, and assist with events across Anglicare Sydney villages.

The role requires barista skills, Sa Alcohol certification, and a Working with Children Check, with Saturday and Monday availability.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in food service or front of house with barista skills.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol certification.
• Working with Children Check.
• Availability on Saturdays and Mondays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-notch customer service with warmth and a smile.
• Prepare food and beverages, including espresso coffee.
• Operate POS system and manage payments.
• Keep café tidy, welcoming and ready for action—from setup to cleanup.
• Support events and activities that bring life to our villages.
