Anglicare Sydney invites applications for a Café and Functions Assistant role. You’ll create a home-like atmosphere for residents while delivering warm customer service and quality beverages.

As a Café and Functions Assistant, you’ll be doing more than serving coffee – you’ll be creating an atmosphere that feels like home for our residents! Your key responsibilities include:

• Delivering top-notch customer service with warmth and a smile
• Preparing food and beverages with care, including crafting delicious espresso coffee
• Operating our POS system and managing payments effortlessly
• Ensuring the café is always tidy, welcoming, and ready for action – from setup to clean-up
• Supporting events and activities that bring life to our villages!

Whatyou’llbring

• Responsible Service of Alcohol
• Working with Children Check
• 6 months experiencein food service or front of house experience, along with barista skills
• Family friendly hours availability, including weekends
