Qualifications

• 12+ months experience in a similar role in Café or Restaurant.
• Completed or undertaking studies in commercial cookery or a related field.
• Must have valid Visa and Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Be reliable when rostered for shifts and maintain a strong work ethic.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork with Chefs.
• Maintain flexible availability for day and night trade.
• Take on tasks allocated by Chefs with enthusiasm.
