Job summary

Toast Cafe Pambula in Merimbula is seeking a skilled chef to lead a busy café kitchen, cook and create under pressure, and work alongside an experienced team.

You’ll bring commercial cookery qualifications, a track record in high-volume service, and a collaborative, leadership-driven approach. There are opportunities to contribute creatively across both The Eddy Merimbula and Café Pambula sites.

This is a proper chef role in a seriously busy café environment.

You’ll cook, lead, create and keep a tight kitchen through high-volume services - working alongside an experienced team who know how to move.

Expect big café services, great food, creative input, catering gigs and the occasional seasonal push. Very rarely split shifts.

Bring your ideas, your leadership and your kitchen know-how. We’ll bring the support, established team and plenty of room to make your mark.

Work at The Eddy in Merimbula or Café Pambula - or mix it up across both.
