Job summary

Panthers Penrith is seeking a Café Attendant to join our busy café team. You’ll prepare and serve barista-made coffee, light meals and desserts, delivering friendly, attentive service to members and guests in a fast-paced environment.

With at least one year in a similar role and RSA/RCG certificates, you’ll bring energy, strong communication, and a can-do attitude. Availability for varied shifts including nights, weekends and public holidays is essential to keep our café buzzing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year's experience in a similar role.
• Barista qualification and/or experience preparing quality coffee in a high-volume environment preferred.
• Energetic, enthusiastic approach with a proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Hold current RSA and RCG certificates.
• Excellent communication and personal presentation.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.
• Available to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and public holidays.

About the Opportunity

As a Café Attendant, you'll prepare and serve quality coffee,food and desserts while delivering exceptional service to ourmembers and guests. With your energy and welcoming approach, you'llhelp create memorable experiences in a busy café environment.

• Deliver friendly and attentive service to members andguests
• Prepare and serve barista-made coffee, other beverages anddesserts
• Carry out basic food preparation, including sandwich toastingand plating
• Process payments and perform cash-handling duties
• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment, including clearingtables and collecting glassware and plates and
• Complete general cleaning duties as required.

About you

• Have a minimum of one year's experience in the same or asimilar role
• Ideally hold a barista qualification and/or have experiencepreparing quality coffee in a high-volume environment
• Bring an energetic and enthusiastic approach, with a provenability to deliver exceptional customer service;
• Hold current RSA and RCG certificates
• Have excellent communication skillsMaintain a high standard of personal presentation
• Bring strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills andthe ability to work well within a team
• Be available to work a variety of shifts across our operationalhours, including nights and weekends and public holidays
