Haste Recruitment is seeking a Cadastral or Registered Surveyor for a Canberra-based role that blends practical fieldwork with the flexibility to work remotely when not on site. You must reside in Canberra and bring cadastral surveying experience to contribute to surveys, calculations, plans and project documentation.

The role requires site attendance with survey processing and drafting that can be completed remotely.

Qualifications

• Must reside in Canberra with cadastral surveying experience.
• Registration appropriate to the role is required.
• Ability to interpret survey plans and title information.
• Experience with surveying equipment and field data processing.
• Independent work style with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Undertake cadastral and boundary survey fieldwork in Canberra.
• Research existing survey plans and property records.
• Collect and verify site measurements.
• Process data and prepare plans and documentation.
• Assist with subdivision documentation and boundary evidence.
• Check survey information for accuracy before delivery.
• Coordinate site visits with clients and stakeholders.
• Manage project records and deadlines while working remotely between visits.
