Job summary

Local Workforce Hire is seeking experienced General Labourers or Trade Assistants for ongoing casual work in Queensland. You’ll join a team supplying skilled staff to builders, landscapers, and industrial sites, with many employees gaining permanent roles after proving themselves on site.

Expect physical, varied tasks across construction and allied trades, with reliable weekly pay, superannuation, and travel allowance. Immediate start for qualified candidates with a White Card and valid licence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant.
• Construction White Card.

What You'll Be Doing

Every day is different, with opportunities to work across a variety of industries including:

• Commercial and residential landscaping
• Residential and commercial construction
• Warehouse fit-outs and pallet racking installations
• Shopfitting and carpentry projects
• Demolition and strip-out work
• General labouring across manufacturing and industrial sites
• Site clean-ups and final cleans

Typical tasks include:

• Site preparation and clean-up
• Wheelbarrowing materials
• Digging and trenching
• Lifting and carrying materials
• Packing and stacking
• Assisting qualified tradespeople
• General labouring duties as required

What We're Looking For

To join our team you must have:

PPE Requirements
