Job summary

The Kitchen Installation Company Pty Ltd in Campbellfield, VIC is seeking an experienced, full-time Joiner to manufacture, fit and install custom cabinetry in a growing workshop team. You will work on cabinet carcasses, benchtops and on-site installations, with CNC programming using Fusion 360.

Applicants should hold a Trade qualification in Joinery/Cabinet Making or substantial relevant experience, with the ability to read technical drawings and work both independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification as a Joiner/Cabinet Maker (Certificate III or equivalent), or substantial relevant experience.
• Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists.
• Experience with CNC programming, preferably Fusion 360.

Responsibilities

• Constructing and assembling cabinet carcasses
• Manufacturing and fitting benchtops
• Cutting, shaping and fitting timber components to form structures
• Reading and interpreting drawings
• Operating workshop machinery safely and accurately
• Assembling prepared timber and manufactured boards into finished cabinetry ready for installation
• Fitting hardware such as hinges, runners and drawer systems
• On-site installation of completed cabinetry, including kitchens and wardrobes
• Ensuring quality, safety and finish standards
