• Good practical skills with hand and power tools or a willingness to learn.

• Reliable attendance, punctuality and a drive to follow instructions.
• Good problem-solving ability and logical thinking.
• Physical fitness for manual tasks in a workshop environment.
• Commitment to workplace health and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in manufacturing and assembling kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, and custom joinery.
• Learning to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.
• Measuring, marking, and cutting materials precisely to specifications.
• Reading and interpreting basic plans and drawings.
• Assisting with on-site installations of custom cabinetry and joinery.
• Handling and preparing materials for production.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment.
