Job summary
HR Staff n’ Stuff is seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker to join a well-established team in Melbourne. You will join a busy workshop producing high-quality, bespoke joinery and taking ownership of your bench and projects.
The role offers long-term, permanent full-time employment with opportunities for overtime and a supportive team environment.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years' experience in cabinet making or similar craft.
- Experience with CNC machining is advantageous.
- Enjoy variety and challenges beyond simple box-building.
- Commitment to delivering a quality finished product.
- Able to read and work from plans and meet deadlines.

HR Staff n’ Stuff is assisting a well-established company to find an experienced Cabinet Maker to join their supportive, long-term team.
We are seeking a qualified Cabinet Maker with at least three years’ experience to work in a busy workshop producing high-quality, bespoke joinery. You will join a skilled team that takes pride in its craftsmanship and enjoys working on varied and interesting projects.
- Build a wide range of bespoke joinery to meet client expectations
- Take ownership of your bench area and assigned jobs/projects
- You have at least 3 years' experience (shopfitting ideal but not essential)
- Have experience using CNC Machine - advantageous
- You enjoy variety and challenges in your work (you don’t want to build boxes day in, day out)
- You care about delivering a quality product
- You can work to plans and deadlines
- Long-term, permanent full-time role
