Job summary

Aerlink is seeking a Brisbane-based Cabin Standards Supervisor to own the cabin standards and training function. You will supervise Cabin Trainer & Checkers and EP Instructors, while maintaining duties as Cabin Crew and ensuring 100% EP recency for crew and pilots.

This leadership role reports to the HOTAC and involves developing new instructors, updating training content, and coordinating with operations. The role requires strong planning, training, and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Experienced cabin crew professional with supervisor experience.
• Ability to train and develop instructors and staff.
• Sound knowledge of CASR Part 121 and MOS as they apply to cabin crew training.
• Proven ability to plan, deliver and assess training and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Managing cabin training and checking activities in line with CASR Part 121 MOS.
• Leading and developing the Cabin Trainer & Checkers and EP Instructors.
• Delivering cabin crew, EP and HF/NTS training and assessments.
• Creating and updating course content and examinations with HOTAC.
• Maintaining training records and documentation to audit-ready standard.
• Planning rostering and maintaining 100% EP recency for crew and pilots.
• Rostered flying duties to stay current alongside management responsibilities.
