ResMed (UK) is seeking a Software Engineer to design and develop embedded software for next-generation medical devices. You will implement firmware features, application logic, and reusable platform components within an Agile team, collaborating with senior engineers to ensure quality and timely delivery of features.

The role is based in Sydney with a hybrid arrangement (2–3 days in-office per week) and requires valid Australian work rights.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.
2–4 years of embedded software or application development experience.
Strong C++ skills with solid design and data structures.
Exposure to Python and willingness to ramp up.
Agile development experience with Git, JIRA, and Confluence.
Familiarity with CI/CD and Jenkins.
Commitment to code quality through testing and documentation.
Strong communication and collaboration in fast-paced teams.

Mansioni

Design, develop, and test embedded software in C++ for firmware and application layers.
Use or learn Python for scripting, tooling, and automation support.
Collaborate in Agile teams using GitHub/Bitbucket, JIRA, and Confluence.
Contribute to CI efforts by writing maintainable code and improving Jenkins workflows.
