The Opportunity

BDA is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor who will join the C-17 Globemaster G3 team. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead and manage our warehouse operations. The successful candidate will oversee daily activities, ensure efficient inventory management, and maintain a safe and productive work environment. This role is based at RAAF Base Amberley.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff activities to meet operational goals.
  • Manage inventory control, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
  • Monitor and optimise warehouse processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support supply chain operations.
  • Train, mentor, and develop warehouse team members.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports on warehouse performance.
About You
  • Proven experience in warehouse supervision or management.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in Warehouse management Principles & Systems such as SAP, MILIS, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven history in developing safe work environment.
