Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and handle inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Car Registration Assistance: Process vehicle registration documents, liaise with relevant authorities, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Administrative Support: Manage office correspondence, scheduling, filing, and data entry.
  • Customer Service: Assist customers with inquiries related to vehicle purchases, registrations, and service appointments.
  • Document Handling: Maintain accurate records of vehicle registrations, invoices, and customer details.
  • Coordination: Work closely with sales, service, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role (automotive experience is a plus).
  • Knowledge of car registration processes and documentation (preferred).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Required a bilingual Mandarin /English Fluency
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in an automotive dealership or related industry.
  • Familiarity with DMV or vehicle registration procedures.
