BYD Receptionists (full time and weekend part time available)

Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and handle inquiries in a professional manner.
- Car Registration Assistance: Process vehicle registration documents, liaise with relevant authorities, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Administrative Support: Manage office correspondence, scheduling, filing, and data entry.
- Customer Service: Assist customers with inquiries related to vehicle purchases, registrations, and service appointments.
- Document Handling: Maintain accurate records of vehicle registrations, invoices, and customer details.
- Coordination: Work closely with sales, service, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role (automotive experience is a plus).
- Knowledge of car registration processes and documentation (preferred).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Required a bilingual Mandarin /English Fluency
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in an automotive dealership or related industry.
- Familiarity with DMV or vehicle registration procedures.
