As BYD continues its rapid rise in the Australian automotive market, we seek a driven and professional Fleet Specialist to lead fleet sales operations across the Greater Gold Coast region, supporting both our Surfers Paradise and Burleigh locations.

BYD has been the most exciting new manufacturer in the automotive industry and is now the world’s largest New Energy Vehicle producer, with 4 fully electric models (Atto3, Dolphin, Seal and Sealion7) now available in Australia. With several new models launching in 2025/2026, BYD has ambitious plans for the Australian market.

Responsibilities

• Lead fleet sales operations across the Greater Gold Coast region, supporting both Surfers Paradise and Burleigh locations.
• Grow BYD's fleet presence by engaging with businesses of all sizes, local councils, and government organisations to offer tailored EV solutions.
• Operate across both Gold Coast dealerships to service the entire region and ensure BYD remains the first choice for fleet clients transitioning to electric mobility.

What we are looking for

• Experience in fleet sales, automotive B2B, or corporate account management
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Commercially minded with an ability to develop and close strategic deals
• Self-driven, organised, and comfortable working across multiple locations
