Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking a Piping Supervisor to join our Engineering Construction Division on a FIFO 2:1 roster for major oil and gas projects. Nightshift options, generous salary package and nightshift allowances are available.

Flights from any capital city are paid to hire across Australia. This role requires 5+ years in piping supervision within oil & gas, LNG project exposure in Australia, and a relevant piping qualification.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in oil & gas piping supervisory roles.
• LNG construction project experience in Australia.
• Trade qualification relevant to piping or higher.
• Proof of right to work in Australia; strong understanding of HSE standards.

Job description

Monadelphous seek Piping Supervisors to join our Engineering Construction Division, working one of our major oil & gas projects on a FIFO 2:1 roster. This role will include opportunity to work on nightshift with a generous salary package and nightshift allowances.

We are offering this position for candidates across Australia, with point of hire flights paid from any capital city.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction to the trades teams
• Supervise and coordinate Piping works on site.
• Lead and mentor trades, contractors, and trade assistants.
• Plan daily activities, allocate resources, and monitor productivity.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and project specifications.
• Liaise with project teams and clients to ensure project objectives are achieved.

What you'll bring

• Minimum 5+ years' experience in the oil & gas industry in Piping Supervisory role, ideally working for similar construction contractors on multi-disciplinary scopes of work.
• LNG Construction project experience in Australia, managing Piping scope.
• Trade qualification relevant to piping or higher qualification
• Proof of right to work in Australia. Strong understanding and working knowledge of Australian HSE legislation and industry standards
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
