Aussie is seeking a Retail Buyer’s Agent embedded in an Aussie Store, collaborating with mortgage brokers and in-store teams to convert finance-approved clients into successful property purchases.

Take ownership of a territory with strong branding, tech, and support. You’ll run strategy sessions, source properties, perform due diligence, and close deals with an autonomous, high-reward mindset.

Qualifications

• Class 1/Full Real Estate License (or equivalent).
• Proven success managing 20+ end-to-end residential transactions.
• Established networks to source off-market and pre-market opportunities.
• Strong knowledge of your local market and buyer psychology.
• Negotiation skills that build trust and deliver outcomes.
