ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced asset Sales Consultant to join our high performing Buy Now team based in Sunshine, VIC 3020. Enjoy the security of this permanent full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. As a Sales Consultant with Pickles, you will support our customers and share your knowledge as soon as they walk through our digital doors. As an industry leader, you connect our customers to whatever they need.Your forward thinking andgo-getterattitude will help the Buy Now Cars sales channel thrivebuy building strong customerrelationships.You will offer seamless customer service and empower them to purchase digitally. With our shift into a digital e-commerce business,you’reall about the conversion from query to lead, bringing people into the funnel and turning them into buyers. Since you can articulate and connect the dots for each query, you make buying at Pickles simple. Your main tasks include:

  • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing pre-owned vehicles by understanding their preferences, budgets, and needs, utilising current stock availability to find the right car for them
  • Meet or exceed set sales and other targets and KPI's
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and cultivate long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Use insights to identify opportunities to bring in more queries and leads
ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous sales experience and understanding of the NSW state requirements in the automotive industry preferred
  • Demonstrated experience utilising the full potential of CRM in all interactions to increase sales and customer experience, experience with Zoho is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Passion for cars and willingness to stay updated on industry trends
  • Valid driver’s licence and clean driving record
