Qualifications

• Experience in a fresh food retail environment.
• Knowledge of cold chain, hygiene and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Break down, bone, portion and prepare meat to Harris Farm specification.
• Produce consistent, accurate cuts, weight, trim and presentation up to standard.
• Prepare value-added products, marinades, skewers, burger patties, sausages, roasts.
• Quality-check every delivery, reject anything that doesn\'t meet HFM standards.
• Use your trade judgement to minimise waste, turn trim into something sellable.
