Job summary

Tweed Shire Council in Murwillumbah, NSW, is seeking a Business Systems Analyst - Property & Rating to bridge technology and business needs. You will lead the enhancement of Property and Rating systems, optimise critical applications, and partner with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions for our community.

The role offers a base salary of $102,118–$117,528 plus 12% super, a 36-month term, a 70-hour, 9-day fortnight, and opportunities for training, development, and flexible work options.

Qualifications

• Qualified IT professional with a degree in IT, Computer Science or related discipline, or extensive experience supporting enterprise systems.
• Strong experience providing technical and business support for corporate applications, with the ability to analyse requirements, resolve issues and drive system improvement.
• Demonstrated experience in business analysis and information technology within large, complex organisations.
• Experience in project management, data analysis and reporting, with the ability to develop operational processes, policies and governance frameworks.

We are seeking

• A qualified Information Technology professional with a degree in IT, Computer Science or a related discipline, or extensive experience supporting and administering enterprise business systems.
• Strong experience providing technical and business support for corporate applications, with the ability to analyse requirements, resolve issues and drive continuous system improvement.
• Demonstrated experience in business analysis and information technology within large, complex organisations.
• Experience in project management, data analysis and reporting, with the ability to develop operational processes, policies and governance frameworks that support business improvement initiatives.

Where it's located

This position is based in Murwillumbah and can be directed to work from any Council work site.
