We’re looking for a hands-on, solutions-driven UKG System Administrator who thrives on continuous improvement and loves translating system capabilities into smarter, streamlined business processes.

You’ll be part of the team for managing and optimising the UKG Pro Workforce Management application. From configuring pay and leave rules, to integrating payroll platforms and creating dynamic data views, you’ll take ownership of a system that supports thousands of employees.

Where You’ll Add Value

• Configure and maintain UKG environments, including pay rules, accruals, timekeeping, and absence management
• Optimise and troubleshoot UKG clocks and system performance
• Develop custom reports, dashboards, and data views for operational teams
• Collaborate with HR and operational leaders to enhance system usability and productivity
• Drive technical documentation, governance, and best-practice configuration
• Act as the central point of contact for system-related issues and user access requests

Your Technical Toolkit

• Strong experience configuring and supporting enterprise systems (UKG/Kronos essential)
• In-depth knowledge of UKG Systems, timekeeping, scheduling, and clock configuration
• Experience supporting system users and providing technical coaching
• Ability to interpret complex business rules and apply them to system logic
• Solid documentation, testing, and troubleshooting skills
• Awareness of compliance and legislative requirements related to workforce systems

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems or related discipline
• Demonstrated experience in a similar systems admin/configuration role
