Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: $60,000 per annum (AUD) + super

About Us

614 Talent and The Pace Group is a dynamic entertainment and production company specialising in the creation, distribution, and marketing of live entertainment events, products, and services. Operating under various business units — including global tour producing company Pace Live — we are primarily producers and promoters of original shows and performances.

Our flagship production, A Taste of Ireland, has achieved international acclaim, touring extensively across Australia, New Zealand, the U.S., and the U.K. Dedicated to innovation and excellence, we engage with artists and audiences on a global scale, bringing vibrant live entertainment to a wide range of communities. Our commitment extends beyond performances, as we actively collaborate with regional and remote communities through workshops and outreach programs, fostering cultural enrichment and accessibility in the arts.

Role Summary

The Business Support Officer is a pivotal support role within our touring and producing company. You’ll work closely with the CEO and Producers to ensure the business runs smoothly — especially when others are travelling, away, or need help keeping momentum on key projects. You’ll also bring valuable support to our producing, ticketing, and marketing operations, helping coordinate everything from CRM databases to FOH logistics and comp requests.

We’re looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, a proactive, can-do mindset, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Experience with venues and ticketing processes would be a bonus, but it’s not essential — we welcome candidates from a range of backgrounds, including arts, events, executive support, or other fast-paced industries with transferable skills.

This is a full-time role open to Gold Coast-based or remote applicants. Regular travel to our Gold Coast HQ (at least once per month) is required.
