Mercor seeks an Applied Business & Commerce Benchmark Specialist on a contract basis to craft advanced benchmark questions across Logistics and Supply Chain domains.

The role is remote with a commitment of 10+ hours per week, paying $77–$98 per hour. Strong English writing and PhD/DBA or equivalent credentials are required, with MBA

• MBA or Master’s degree considered for exceptional depth.
• Strong command of graduate-level business strategy, organizational theory, and quantitative methods.
• Excellent written English and ability to express complex ideas clearly and concisely.

Responsabilidades

• Author original business questions that test deep conceptual understanding in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, and other domains.
• Ensure questions are unambiguous, self-contained, and precisely defined with all necessary information included.
• Rate each question's difficulty as Medium, Hard, or Expert and provide 1 correct answer with 9 plausible alternatives.
• Write step-by-step Chain-of-Thought solutions with clear, concise reasoning in markdown format.
• Supply 1–5 academic references per question from reputable sources like peer-reviewed journals.
• Review pre-written questions for accuracy, clarity, and rigor. Edit as needed and document changes.
