Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients ranging in industry sector (only SME's and up)
  • Oversee tax compliance and planning for businesses
  • Provide value add CFO services to clients
  • Successfully manage a team while being supported by the other partners
  • Experience managing a team of 2-5 staff members is required
  • Contribute to the firm's growth and business development initiatives by identifying referral work
  • Likes working with HNW Groups, completing interesting high level work
A little bit about you
  • 10+ years of experience working in an Australian accounting firm, with 5 years ideally as a manager (ideal)
  • CA or CPA qualifications (essential)
  • Strong advisory skills and a proven track record in providing value-added services
  • Experience in business restructuring, CFO services, and tax planning advisory services is essential
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • A proactive approach to client relationships and business development
  • Business development experience is preferred but training will be provided for the right candidate
  • On outlook for a long term role, becoming a key pillar of the business
