About the Role

We are seeking a proactive administrator to join our Canberra Urban Development team. Reporting to the Urban Development Leader, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative and project support to the team. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive project support services to the project teams to ensure efficient and effective project control and management.
  • Offer professional, confidential, and timely administrative support.
  • Provide office support, including office supplies procurement, financial administration, diary management, travel arrangements, and event management.
  • Assist with the tendering process and the preparation of marketing collateral.
  • Ensure delegated tasks are completed within the allocated time and budget.
  • Ensure routine office functions, including quality assurance, monthly management reporting, and health and safety requirements, are achieved.
