What you’ll do

• Provide frontline support via management of the JIRA Helpdesk and support day-to-day operational issues and queries.
• Investigate processing issues and assist staff with corrections.
• Troubleshoot system defects and bugs.
• Assist with debtors and refunds administration.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and service delivery.
• Support regulatory reporting and ensure business processes align with regulatory requirements.

• Tier 1 RG 146 (or willingness to obtain within an agreed timeframe)
• Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in administration, operations or business support in an insurance or financial services role
• Experience and comfortable using a wide range of technology tools
