Belgravia Health & Leisure Group is seeking a Business Operations Manager to lead operational performance across a diverse multi-site portfolio of tourism facilities, ensuring guest experiences meet safety and quality standards while delivering strong financial results.

This leadership role coordinates with Park Managers, Finance, systems and support services to embed consistent standards, drive data-led decision-making, and support scalable growth across the portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day operations across a multi-site regional portfolio
• Drive consistent operational standards, service quality, and guest experience across all venues
• Monitor performance against KPIs and implement improvement plans where required
• Ensure compliance with operational, contractual, and safety standards
• Ensure strong risk management practices across all venues
• Oversee safety compliance and governance standards
• Manage contract reporting and audit requirements
• Drive accountability for achieving budgets, revenue targets, and participation outcomes
• Partner with Finance to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
• Analyse financial and operational performance to identify risks and opportunities
• Oversee operations to deliver strong commercial performance
• Support development of business cases and strategic investment decisions
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Venue Managers
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Build capability across teams to strengthen operational and financial performance
• Promote employee engagement and its link to strong business outcomes
• Act as a key liaison between operations and support services, identifying and spotlighting key gaps in the skills and knowledge of Park Managers and co-ordinating the training and support required from support services

THE ROLE

The Business Operations Manager (BOM) is responsible for leading operational performance, commercial outcomes, and continuous improvement across a diverse multi-site portfolio of tourism facilities.

This role provides leadership, direction, and support to Park Managers, ensuring delivery of high-quality guest experiences, adhere to safety and risk standards, strong financial performance, and adherence to all other company standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.

As a key leader within the Belgravia Parks function, the role acts as a conduit between operations, finance, systems, and support services to embed consistent standards, drive data-led decision-making, and support scalable growth across the portfolio.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

OPERATIONAL PERFORMANCE & STANDARDS
