Qualifications

• Direct line management experience of a team.
• Experience delivering targets in performance-driven environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder engagement with DPW, JCP and Employers.
• Manage up to 8 Careers Coaches.
• Oversee a small caseload of participants.
• Act as a part-fee earner against targets.
• Identify skills gaps and coordinate training needs.
• Monitor KPI performance and provide coaching.
