About the Role:

As the Business Manager at Clontarf Beach State High School, you will provide strategic advice and lead the effective delivery of corporate services that support the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of the school.

Working closely with the Principal and school leadership team, you will:

• Lead and support a diverse, multidisciplinary team of school support staff, building capability and fostering a positive, high-performing service culture.
• Manage and continuously improve corporate and business services in line with departmental policy and the school's workforce priorities.
• Contribute to school management decision‑making, providing strategic advice to support effective and sustainable school operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and implement practical, innovative approaches that strengthen service delivery and operational efficiency.
