Our Midland GP veterinary clinic, combined with the AEC 24/7 emergency hospital, is a well-established, busy, and engaging environment. We pride ourselves on providing the best possible care for our patients and clients, and we’re looking for a Business Manager who shares that same passion.

The Role

As our Business Manager, you’ll be a key leadership team member responsible for driving business development, strategy, and overseeing operational and financial management. You’ll work closely with our veterinarians, nurses, technical staff, and support teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent patient care. Supported by a strong hospital management team and Greencross Pet Wellness Company’s network, you’ll help elevate our services to new heights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead financial management and P&L reporting, including annual budgeting
  • Build and lead high-performing teams of veterinarians and nurses
  • Oversee project management within the hospital
  • Develop and execute business strategies and plans
  • Build strong relationships with referring veterinarians
  • Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to elevate the hospital’s profile
  • Collaborate with other hospital managers to drive efficiency, profitability, and productivity

The ideal candidate will have substantial business operations knowledge, be an approachable and influential leader, and have a passion for helping others succeed. Ideally, you'll have a proven track record in the veterinary industry. Postgraduate qualifications in business, commerce, or a related field will be highly regarded.
