Job summary

Randstad is seeking a motivated Business Manager for a short-term locum role at their Western Sydney flagship dealership in Rydalmere. You will lead the customer journey for finance, insurance, warranty, and aftermarket solutions, engaging directly with customers to tailor financial options and close deals.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as an F&I Manager or Business Manager in automotive dealerships.
• Deep knowledge of automotive finance structures, insurance products, extended warranties, and aftermarket ranges.
• Excellent communication to explain financial concepts and build rapport with buyers.

Responsibilities

• Drive F&I sales: end-to-end finance, insurance, consumer warranty, and aftermarket product sales.
• Engage customers with tailored, transparent financial solutions to add value.
• Collaborate with sales teams, floor managers, and supervisors to drive deal conversion.
• Provide support across other dealership locations as needed.
• Ensure all transactions comply with industry regulations and selling guidelines.

The Opportunity As a key partner to the sales department, you will lead the customer journey for Finance, Insurance, Warranty, and Aftermarket solutions. Operating from the flagship Rydalmere dealership, you will engage directly with customers to understand their lifestyle and financial needs, helping them drive away in their dream vehicle with complete peace of mind. While based in Rydalmere, you will also enjoy the variety of supporting partner dealerships within our client's broader network as operational needs evolve.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive F&I Sales: Facilitate end-to-end finance, insurance, consumer warranty, and aftermarket product sales for dealership customers.
• Customer Engagement: Provide tailored, transparent financial solutions that add value and build lasting relationships.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with dealership sales teams, floor managers, and nominated operational supervisors to drive deal conversion and maintain momentum.
• Network Support: Step in to assist across other premier dealership locations within the client’s local group as required.
• Compliance & Care: Ensure every transaction meets strict industry regulations, compliance standards, and ethical selling guidelines.

What You Bring to the Team

• Proven Track Record: Solid experience as an F&I Manager or Business Manager within the automotive dealership network.
• Product Expertise: Deep knowledge of automotive finance structures, insurance products, extended warranties, and vehicle protection/aftermarket ranges.
• Exceptional Communication: Natural ability to build immediate rapport, influence decision-makers, and simplify financial concepts for buyers.
• Target-Driven Mindset: High energy, self-motivated, and committed to hitting performance milestones daily.
• Flexibility & Mobility: Willingness to operate at the Rydalmere hub and support nearby partner sites when needed.
