Job summary

Lawson Delaney Australia is seeking a proactive professional to support a GM-led portfolio of projects across HR, Marketing, Operations, IT systems and Finance in Melbourne. The role requires a big-picture mindset to identify opportunities to simplify processes and raise efficiency while leading initiatives through to completion.

You will manage workflows, HR/recruitment aspects, financial oversight, governance and risk, and produce management reports while coordinating with IT MSPs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in Accounting Public Practice.
• Solid stakeholder engagement & negotiating skills.
• Experience in Accounting software & CRM systems such as FYI, XPM, CAS360, NowInfinity, ASIC, ABR Agent Portal, ATO Tax Agent Portal.

The ideal candidate will have a big picture approach with the ability to identify opportunities to improve overall systems, processes & improve efficiencies & lead project initiatives through to completion.
