Job summary

RELEX Solutions in Australia is seeking a full-time Business Development Representative to help build the ANZ sales pipeline. You will prospect accounts in Australia and New Zealand, qualify leads, and collaborate with the regional sales team to drive pipeline in a growing SaaS company.

This hybrid role is based in Sydney or Melbourne and offers opportunities to engage with senior executives, expand the customer base, and contribute to ESG objectives through supply chain efficiency.

We’re now looking for a full-time Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our ANZ BDR team.

You will be responsible for helping to build the sales pipeline, primarily in Australia and New Zealand, with the opportunity to prospect across APAC. This is a hybrid role, to be based in Melbourne or Sydney.

What you’ll be doing:

• Engage in targeted outbound demand generation: reach out to stakeholders in your assigned target accounts via email, phone, and social media to raise awareness of RELEX's value proposition.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule qualified meetings for the Sales team.
• Collaborate closely with the regional sales team to build and support a robust manufacturing sales pipeline.
• Research target accounts and key stakeholders to craft and deliver personalised, compelling outreach.
• Help promote and follow up on physical and virtual events, ensuring high-quality lead engagement.

What we consider an advantage:

• Professional fluency in other major Asia Pacific languages.
• Understanding of Manufacturing’s core processes (production planning, supply chain management, quality control, and inventory optimization).
• Experience with Salesforce and Salesloft.
• Business Development experience.
