Join our team at Zone IT Solutions as a Business Development Representative (BDR) and be a key player in driving our growth and success in the recruitment and IT services industry. As a BDR, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to our market presence.

In this exciting role, you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify and engage prospects, understand their needs, and position our services as effective solutions to their challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and qualify potential clients through research, outreach, and networking efforts.
  • Conduct cold outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations with prospects to understand their needs and introduce Zone IT Solutions' offerings.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the lead generation process.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system to track leads and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and refine outreach strategies.
  • Attend industry events and networking functions to represent the company and generate leads.
Key Qualifications
  • Previous experience in business development or sales, ideally in the recruitment or IT services sector.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about driving results.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
