About the role

Novaskill is looking for a driven and results-focused Business Development Officer to join our dynamic Tuggerah team. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind identifying opportunities, building relationships, and partnering with businesses to deliver workforce training solutions that make a real difference.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, engage and grow partnerships with employers and industry stakeholders
  • Promote Novaskill’s training and employment solutions across your region
  • Work with internal teams to tailor training solutions that meet client needs
  • Implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Track and report on sales activity, pipeline growth and market insights
  • Represent Novaskill at industry events, training and career expos and community initiatives
