Job Description
  • Drive new business development across Queensland and the Northern Territory, focusing on mining, oil & gas, government, defence, and utilities.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring account growth and client intimacy.
  • Develop and execute territory sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with technical, pre-sales, and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Manage a mix of major accounts (20%) and new business acquisition (80%).
  • Achieve sales targets by building a strong pipeline and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.
The Successful Applicant
  • 5-8 years of proven sales or business development experience, ideally in satellite communications, ICT solutions, or managed services.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop and execute territory growth strategies.
  • Track record of winning new business while managing and growing key accounts.
  • Comfortable engaging with both IT managers and C-level executives to influence decision-making.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive, with the ability to operate autonomously and drive results.
  • Industry exposure to mining, oil & gas, energy, government, or defence markets is highly desirable.
