Your role as a Business Development Manager is to leverage your in-depth lending experience to grow market share by building strong, long-lasting relationships with the local community. Your expertise will be key in developing tailored lending solutions that meet the needs of customers.

While based at Community Bank Cummins District, this role provides genuine flexibility, featuring potential work-from-home arrangements across the Lower Eyre Peninsula alongside the option to work from our Cummins or Tumby Bay location. We are offering this opportunity on a full-time basis (76 hours per fortnight), but we are also open to part-time arrangements (60.8 hours per fortnight) for the right candidate.
