About the role

Join Pirelli Tyres Australia as a Business Development Manager (BDM) and play a key role in driving new business growth across Melbourne and surrounding regions. This full-time position will see you work closely with the sales leadership team to acquire new clients and expand Pirelli's customer base. What you'll be doing

  • Identify and secure new B2B sales opportunities in the tyre retail sector.
  • Pitching Pirelli's products and services to potential clients, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions
  • Reporting to the State Manager, create opportunities and sales strategies for assigned area
  • Continue to build on long-term relationships with distributors, dealerships, and strategic partners.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company targets, agreeing on customer volumes, conditions of sales and product mix.
  • Collaborate with State Manager and Key Account Managers to launch campaigns and product sales rollouts each month.
  • Deliver training and product knowledge support to clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to drive competitive advantage
