About the role

We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join our highly driven team. This role has been created to grow and develop our current loyal clients. You will be supported by a specialist recruitment team along with mentoring from the General Manager Sales every step of the way.

Responsibilities

• Work with Operations teams to grow and develop current and NEW clients
• Stakeholder engagement and relationship building
• Fostering new and existing client base
• Grow client base - range of industries, mainly blue collar, food production etc.
• Maintenance of database, admin, and reporting
• Research and reviewing market changes
