A fintech company in Brighton seeks a Business Development Manager to drive sales for their award-winning business credit card. This role involves generating leads, managing customer accounts, and making daily outbound calls to SMEs. The ideal candidate will have proven cold calling experience and a track record of meeting sales targets. This is a hybrid role. The Business Development Team works from our Brighton office 4-5 days per week for the first 3 months, with the opportunity to work in the office 3 days per week after that.
What You’ll Be Doing
This Business Development Manager opportunity offers a high degree of autonomy. You will be responsible for your own portfolio of customer accounts, taking full ownership of the entire sales cycle for an award-winning business credit card.
In this telephone-based role, you will be selling directly to the owner-directors of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). Your responsibilities will span the full scope of the sales process, from self-generating leads and initial prospecting through to closing the sale and providing ongoing account management.
