Job summary

Gallant Collective is seeking an experienced Data Analyst / Business Analyst to join a major APAC supply chain transformation program in Melbourne. You will deliver data for the rollout of a planning platform across APAC markets and support master data, migration activities and data readiness.

Qualifications

• : Experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst on enterprise transformation projects.
• : Strong data migration, master data and data quality experience.
• : Exposure to ERP, APS or planning platforms (OMP, SAP S/4HANA or similar highly regarded).

• Lead data activities for the APAC OMP deployment across multiple markets.
• Manage data preparation, validation, cleansing and migration for the new planning platform.
• Partner with business, IT and external vendors to ensure accurate and timely data delivery.
• Coordinate data readiness, retrofit activities and ongoing data quality improvements.
• Support business process alignment and adoption of the global operating model.
• Document best practices and contribute to continuous improvement across the program.

Job description

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Data Analyst / Business Analyst to join a major APAC supply chain transformation program. You'll play a key role in delivering data for the rollout of a leading planning platform (OMP) across multiple APAC markets, supporting one of the region's largest digital transformation initiatives.

Working with regional and global stakeholders, you'll ensure high-quality master data, support data migration activities, and help deliver a fit-for-purpose planning solution across APAC.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead data activities for the APAC OMP deployment across multiple markets.
• Manage data preparation, validation, cleansing and migration for the new planning platform.
• Partner with business, IT and external vendors to ensure accurate and timely data delivery.
• Coordinate data readiness, retrofit activities and ongoing data quality improvements.

About You

You'll bring:

• Experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst on enterprise transformation projects.
• Strong data migration, master data and data quality experience.
• Exposure to ERP, APS or supply chain planning platforms (OMP, SAP S/4HANA or similar highly regarded).
• Understanding of supply chain planning, demand planning, supply planning or scheduling.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• The ability to work across multiple teams in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
