About the Role

We’re looking for a Business Consultant to join our Market Strategy team in Brisbane. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious early career professional with a background in consulting and a passion for working directly with clients.

In this role, you’ll partner with experienced leaders subject matter experts to deliver strategies. You’ll be client facing — helping run discovery workshops, shaping proposals, all while learning from senior colleagues in a collaborative, supportive environment. This is a role where you’ll be encouraged to grow quickly.

Our offices are based in Brisbane. We like to bring people together in person when we can, but we are mindful of the benefits of working from home for work/life balance. We therefore leave it to you and the team you join to figure out what works best.

What you’ll do

At the moment, as Business Consultant you will:

• Work directly with customers to understand business needs and translate them into practical strategies.
• Assist in facilitating workshops and presentations — creating engaging slide decks using PowerPoint to communicate ideas clearly
• Support Datacom leadership strategies, Go-Matherket and training activities to ensure successful adoption
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand offering portfolio and strategic priorities
• Build strong, trusted relationships with clients while developing your consulting skills rapidly

What you’ll bring

Required experience:

• Preferably a degree in technical or business Degree or a related field
• Some client facing experience in a consulting, delivery, or business analysis role
• Strategic, logical and analytical thinker
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, including creating professional presentations and facilitating workshops
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills and enthusiasm to learn quickly in a fast-moving environment
