Job summary

DSV Solutions is seeking a Business Change Consultant in AUS - Melbourne Airport to lead change initiatives across Contract Logistics operations and to design and configure WMS solutions based on customer and operational requirements. You will partner with leaders, project teams and frontline staff to ensure changes are understood, adopted, and sustained, acting as a bridge between operations and IT.

Qualifications

• Experience in change management, business transformation, organisational development, or a similar role.
• 3+ years' experience in Supply Chain Logistics & WMS.
• Experience in implementing WMS systems (Blue Yonder WMS Dispatcher preferable).
• Bachelor's or master's Degree.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business.
• An adaptable and positive mindset—logistics can move quickly!

Responsibilities

• Lead and support change initiatives across our Contract Logistics operations.

• Create/update SOPs of new and existing clients
• Assess the impact of change and develop practical solutions to support teams through transitions.
• Keep a pulse on employee readiness and adoption, identifying what's working and where extra support is needed.
• Help deliver exciting projects including new customer implementations, operational improvements, systems upgrades, and automation initiatives.
• Champion a people-first approach to transformation.

What You'll Be Doing

No two days will be the same, but you can expect to:

• 3+ Years' experience in Supply Chain Logistics & WMS
• Experience in implementing WMS systems (Blue Yonder WMS Dispatcher preferable)
• Bachelor's or master's Degree
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business.
