Job summary

Leidos Australia is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our AGO Geo Spaces program, supporting advanced national security technology solutions in a secure, high‑compliance environment.

You will work with technical and business facing stakeholders to capture requirements for complex ICT systems and platforms, translating them into actionable specifications and ensuring alignment with customer needs and proposed solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst across multiple SDLC stages.
• Experience transforming requirements into cohesive designs.
• Experience integrating existing systems with new technologies and methodologies.
• Ability to develop clear documentation for a broad range of purposes.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Support the implementation and delivery of systems, services and software as per customer specifications and agreed solution document.
• Plan and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to further define functionality, service and system flows.
• Liaise with the project team, technical writers and SMEs as well as external vendors to ensure timely delivery of task and project.
