Job summary

Green Light Worldwide is building a pipeline of experienced Business Analysts and Senior Business Analysts for Perth-based enterprise technology and transformation projects across ICT, CRM, cloud, and digital initiatives.

These roles require bridging business and technical teams, running discovery, documenting requirements, and guiding delivery through to implementation and business readiness in hybrid onsite environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience translating business needs into clear technical requirements.
• Strong ability to work across business and IT teams in enterprise environments.
• Experience with CRM/Salesforce and modern device management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and analysis across enterprise technology projects
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder engagement sessions
• Analyse current-state processes and develop future-state business processes
• Define business requirements, functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements for technical teams
• Work closely with product owners, project managers, developers, architects, and technical SMEs
• Support solution evaluation, process improvement, testing, UAT, and implementation activities
• Maintain BA documentation, process maps, requirements traceability, and governance artefacts
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes, technology services, and operational efficiency
• Support multiple workstreams and manage competing priorities within complex enterprise environments

Business Analyst - Technology Projects

• Contract opportunities available across enterprise ICT and digital transformation programs

• Seeking experienced Business Analysts with backgrounds across CRM, Salesforce, MDM, Intune, infrastructure, cloud, or enterprise technology
• Opportunities ranging from business analysis and requirements through to process improvement, testing, and implementation

About the Role

Green Light Worldwide is building a pipeline of experienced Business Analysts and Senior Business Analysts for upcoming enterprise technology and transformation projects across Perth.

These opportunities will suit BAs who can operate between business and technical teams and translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Projects may span CRM and Salesforce, modern device management, Intune/MDM, IT operations, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, service management, and broader digital transformation initiatives.

The successful candidates will be comfortable working with stakeholders at different levels, leading discovery and requirements activities, and supporting projects through to implementation and business readiness.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst within enterprise ICT or technology environments
• Strong requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation skills
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation capability
• Experience working between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery environments
• Ability to quickly understand complex systems, processes, and business requirements
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Highly Regarded

Experience across one or more of the following areas:

• Salesforce / CRM implementations or transformation projects
• Sales Cloud or other enterprise CRM platforms
• Microsoft Intune / Modern Device Management (MDM)
• IT Operations, Service Management, or CMDB / Asset Management
• Infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, or network transformation
• Enterprise application implementation or integration
• Data, reporting, or business intelligence initiatives
• Software asset management and technology lifecycle programs
• Experience within mining, resources, utilities, government, or other large enterprise environments

You may come from a traditional BA background, CRM/Salesforce environment, IT operations, infrastructure, MDM/Intune, or broader digital transformation background.
