Job summary

Lovisa is seeking an ecommerce Business Analyst to bridge our eCommerce, UX/UI and Development teams, translating business needs into clear user stories and technical tasks. You will help deliver projects and enhancements across our Shopify websites and mobile apps, supporting sprint planning and UAT within an Agile framework.

You’ll collaborate with global teams, manage Jira/Confluence documentation, and act as the first point of contact for ecommerce BAU issues.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a Business Analyst within an IT or digital environment.
• Strong UAT and testing experience with excellent attention to detail.
• Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into actionable development tasks.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

About the role:

Bonus Points if you have:

• Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify or Magento

• Exposure to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React or SQL

• Understanding of ecommerce customer journeys and UX/UI best practices
