Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience delivering reporting, data analytics or reporting-system projects with strong Agile Business Analysis experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure Databricks, including data, integration, storage, security and analytics services.
• Proven ability to translate complex requirements into user stories, functional specifications, process flows, wireframes and technical requirements.

We're looking for a Senior Data Business Analyst with strong experience across enterprise data platforms, Azure and Databricks to join a major transformation initiative.

This is a hands on role sitting between business, data and technology, where you'll be responsible for understanding complex data requirements, shaping solutions and working closely with technical and business stakeholders.

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years' experience delivering reporting, data analytics or reporting-system projects, with strong Agile Business Analysis experience
• Strong hands on experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure Databricks, including data, integration, storage, security and analytics services
• Proven ability to translate complex requirements into user stories, functional specifications, process flows, wireframes and technical requirements
• Experience working across data ingestion, integration, governance, security, networking, connectivity, Power BI, performance and cost management
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead workshops, challenge requirements and negotiate outcomes across business and technical teams
• Experience analysing existing data platforms and defining target-state architectures, data flows, data mapping, data lineage and migration/implementation roadmaps
• Strong understanding of system integration specifications and enterprise data environments
